Proposed Bylaw & Standing Rules Updates: Spring 2026

Here are the Bylaw Review Committee’s proposed updates for the Bylaws & Standing Rules for the Boggess PTA. You can see the changes highlighted in yellow. These updates are to make the rules more inline with current practices and looking toward the future. PTA members will have a vote to approve these updates at the May 8th Membership meeting.

Plano ISD Volunteer Application

To Volunteer at Boggess Elementary and interact/assist with students other than your own, you must complete the P.I.S.D. Volunteer Application.

If you do not complete the P.I.S.D. Volunteer Application, you can still be a Visitor on campus, but you may not assist in any activities with students other than your own.
